The newly married couple considering divorce

Abstract
The couple is contemplating a divorce. Been married for 1 year and 4 months, no children. They distrusted each other, disappointed, and have communication problems. Not sure that was a long time they have sex.. They are separated but did not divorce. Need crisis intervention, and treatment to overcome the crisis and to solve problems, Cognitive behavioral therapy was chosen. Couples therapy 10 times, individual therapy four, five times, was conducted. In therapy session, they reviewed the contents of the treatment, and dysfunctional patterns and tried to change. They check and modify dysfunctional beliefs and scheme, communication patterns, pathological confirmation of the role. Therapist and couples work together to change the dysfunctional scheme and response styles. Cognitive restructuring operation was more effective They are initially lower motivation for treatment for each kind of hope not to. But the structure of cognitive behavioral therapy to help couples have helped solve the problem. Such as behavioral experiments to change negative beliefs, systematically desensitization techniques, bibliotherapy techniques, and role reversal technique were very successful.
